HotFix KB412416 - Multiple fixes for MiContact Center for Skype

PROBLEM

This HotFix addresses the following issues:

• Agents being unable to remove a MakeBusy code
• ACD Call Transfers failing intermittently 
• Lync status not resetting after a call ends

RESOLUTION

This HotFix is to be installed onto MiContact Center for Skype version 5.10.10.0. 

1. Download the KB412416.EXE file to the MiContact Center server.
2. Double-click the KB412416.EXE file and follow the on-screen prompts.

NOTE: Installing this HotFix will restart the Mitel services.  To avoid service interruption we recommend applying this update after hours or during a scheduled maintenance window.
