This alarm is an emailed alarm indicating that an ApplicationEndpoint is no longer available.
SEVERITY
Critical
IMPACT
All queues are registered as application endpoints with the Lync server. If an application endpoint is in error no calls will be delivered to this queue.
TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS
On Lync server run get-cstrustedapplicationendpoint in the Lync management shell. Verify that the application endpoint is in the list of registered endpoints.
If the endpoint is not in the list verify that the Provisioner service is running.
NOTE: If this occurs after a migration from another FE pool, it may be an indication that the FE Components have not been uninstalled from the old FE pool. Please ensure that they have been uninstalled, and that the services have been removed.
