ALM0038 - Service High Memory (bytes)

DESCRIPTION

Using windows performance counters we monitor the memory usage of the MiCC services.  This alarm will be triggered if certain thresholds are met.

It will vary on the affected service.

TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS

High Memory over a short period of time will not cause issues, but over an extended period of time could lead to issues with Real Time, Reporting or Service Stability.

NOTE: The threshold values are tuned to an average site.  If you have a larger or smaller config, or call volume you may need to adjust these values.  If the alarm is triggering, and no symptoms are present that generally means you should increase the thresholds.
