1. Download the attached KB216341.EXE file to the Enterprise Server.
2. Double-click the KB216341.EXE file.
3. Ensure that any client computers update their salesforce connector by having them exit the connector completely for 10 to 20 minutes and then re-launch it.
PROBLEM
In environments were incoming calls are answered quickly, the salesforce connector would intermittently fail to update the UI, resulting in it displaying a "ringing" status for the duration of the call.
RESOLUTION
This hotfix is to be applied onto Version 6.0.3.0.
1. Download the attached KB216341.EXE file to the Enterprise Server.
2. Double-click the KB216341.EXE file.
3. Ensure that any client computers update their salesforce connector by having them exit the connector completely for 10 to 20 minutes and then re-launch it.
