SUMMARY
Whenever Contact Center Management is upgraded or the software maintenance is renewed, the license files will need to be updated.
This article explains how to update CCM license files.
UPDATING LICENSES
- On the CCM server, browse to the following folder:
[InstallDir]\Program Files\prairieFyre Software Inc\CCM
HINT: If the Install Directory is unknown, open regedit and browse to the following location:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\prairieFyre Software Inc\CCM\Common
The Value of the InstallDir key will indicate where CCM is installed. - Copy the new license files (PFLicense.txt and PFLicense.lis) to this folder and click Yes to overwrite the existing files
NOTE: The new license files would have been provided by your Mitel Dealer or prairieFyre. - Click Start=>All Programs=>Mitel=>Mitel Contact Center Management Licensing
- Click the Update License button
- Browse to the Path to license files which would be [InstallDir]\Program Files\prairieFyre Software Inc\CCM
- Click Update
- You will receive the following message:
- Click OK and close the Mitel Contact Center Management Licensing window
