DESCRIPTION
This error will appear on Router startup if a Lync media server comes online and there is an error with the configuration or installation of Microsoft's UCMA install, or there was an error configuring the media server in the YourSite Explorer.
SEVERITY
Critical
IMPACT
Calls will not be handled by the IVR system.
TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS
Check that the Media server application has been registered successfully in the Lync Server Control Panel, and has been registered correctly in the Config Service.
