PROBLEM
After a period of operation the remote IVR services begin reporting an error: There were not enough free threads in the ThreadPool to complete the operation.
Ports would then become unresponsive until services are restarted.
RESOLUTION
This HotFix must be installed on top of MiCC Version 7.1.2.1.
1. Download the attached KB259838.EXE file to the Enterprise Server.
2. Double-click the KB259838.EXE file and follow the on-screen prompts.
3. The Remote IVR should update automatically once there is a pause in activity.
