Article ID: 51550 - Last Review: August 11, 2015

DESCRIPTION

This alarm is thrown when an ACD or SMDR record references a device that is not programmed in YourSite Explorer.

In the Enterprise Server, as ACD and SMDR records come in, we look up the devices associated with those records. When we see devices in the data that do not correspond to anything in our configuration, we raise an alarm to notify the administrator of the error.

NOTE: When this alarm refrences a missing Extension, this may also be referencing a Ring Group.
