PROBLEM
When using RedBox Call Recording, your Lifecycle reports do not link a call recording to any device containing an asterisk (*).
SYMPTOMS
In the raw MiTAI records, there is no --g record generated to link a recording.
CAUSE
There is a known limitation in the RedBox Recording solution, which does not allow numbers with an asterisk in them to be accepted.
RESOLUTION
If your configuration uses asterisks in your device dialables we recommend using the MiVoice Call Recording product instead of RedBox.
