HotFix KB233742 - 7.1: Unable to add a multimedia queue when licensed for Business Edition

PROBLEM

In a Business Edition licensed environment with the Multimedia licensed option, you can create a Chat or Email media server, but not a queue. 

RESOLUTION

This hotfix is to be installed onto Version 7.1.0.0.

1. Download the attached KB233742.EXE file to the Enterprise Server.
2. Double click the KB233742.EXE file and follow the on-screen prompts.

NOTE: Installing this hotfix will restart the prairieFyre services.  In order to avoid service interruption we recommend applying the update after hours or during a scheduled maintenance window.
