7.1 - Reports by Edition Matrix

INFORMATION

With Version 7.1.0.0 we have four different licensing editions of the MiContact Center software to choose from.

• Enterprise Edition
• Business Edition
• Workgroup Edition
• Business Reporter

Depending on which edition you choose, the choice of reports available to you will be different.  Please see the attached spreadsheet for a list of reports available in Version 7.1.0.0, and which editions of the software each is available with. 

NOTE:  Intelligent Queue reports are available for historical data only.  As of Version 7.1.0.0 the MiCC server will no longer interface with, or collect new data from an IQ server.
