PROBLEM
You are unable to license a CCM or IQ server when there is no internet access available.
RESOLUTION
Perform an offline registration by emailing the DLSC file to a MiContact Center representative and having them manually sign the file.
- Locate the DLSC file
CCM location:
<Install Drive>\Program Files\prairieFyre Software Inc\CCM\CCMv5.dlsc
IQ location:
<Install Drive>\Program Files\Mitel Networks\6160\Utilities\License Client\IQ.dlsc - Email the file to miccsupport@mitel.com or call MiContact Center Product Support (1-800-722-1301 for Mitel partners or 613-599-0045 for end customers)
- The Mitel Product Support representative will sign the file and email it back to you
** Ensure to include the site key and/or Product Key along with the DLSC file in the email containing the file **
NOTE: It is very important to provide the correct information to avoid license key mismatch issues - Copy the file to the original folder (see step #1) and overwrite the existing file
