PROBLEM
This HotFix addresses two issues:
- The Enterprise server service being restarted intermittently due to performance issues.
- The Calls Waiting statistic in the QueueNow monitor not updating reliably for an EMail queue.
RESOLUTION
This HotFix is to be installed onto MiContact Center Business version 8.1.1.0.
- Go to https://www.mitel.com/
- Click the Log in button.
- Click the Sign in button under Connect.
- On the left, select the Software Download Center.
- Expand the tree to MiContact Center Business and then down to MiContact Center Business 8.1.1.0 and HotFixes.
- Download the MiCC HotFix KB416156.exe HotFix to the MiContact Center server.
- Double-click the MiCC HotFix KB416156.exe and follow the on-screen prompts.
- Wait for the repackager and auto-updates to complete.
NOTE: Installing this patch will restart the MiContact Center services. To avoid service interruption we recommend applying this update after hours or during a scheduled maintenance window.
