PROBLEM
Summarization fails for certain days.
SYMPTOMS
In the DataService logfile you will see something like the following:

RESOLUTION
This HotFix is to be installed onto MiContact Center Business version 8.1.3.0. If you need a solution on top of 8.1.4.0, please see KB424049.
- Ensure that KB410407 is installed.
- Ensure that KB410718 is installed.
- Ensure that KB411802 is installed.
- Go to https://www.mitel.com/
- Click the Log in button.
- Click the Sign in button under Connect.
- On the left, select the Software Download Center.
- Expand the tree to MiContact Center Business and then down to MiContact Center Business 8.1.3.0 and HotFixes.
- Download the MiCC HotFix KB425468.exe HotFix to the MiContact Center server.
- Double-click the MiCC HotFix KB425468.exe and follow the on-screen prompts.
- Wait for the repackager and auto-updates to complete.
