PROBLEM
Intermittently, the Answer button does not display in the SalesForce Connector when receiving a call.
RESOLUTION
Ensure that you are running Internet Explorer in Compatibility Mode. If you are using IE 11, then you must add *.salesforce.com to the Compatibility Mode list.
