PROBLEM
After installing 7.1.x.x or upgrading, a site which is licensed for Business Reporter (formerly Call Accounting) finds that module is missing from YourSite Explorer and CCMWeb > Reporter.
RESOLUTION
Run the Mitel Contact Center Management Licensing utility and choose option to Update License; if that does not resolve the issue, contact the MiContact Center support desk (1-800-722-1301 -- or 613-599-0045 for end customers only) to have the license adjusted and then run the utility again.
