HotFix KB259819 - Ring Groups displaying inaccurate Calls Waiting count in QueueNow monitor

PROBLEM

The QueueNow monitor is showing calls waiting, and a very high longest waiting statistic even though ring group members are available and taking calls. 



RESOLUTION

This HotFix is to be applied onto MiCC Version 7.1.2.1.

1. Download the attached KB259819.EXE to the Enterprise Server. 

2. Double-click the KB259819.EXE file and follow the on-screen prompts.

NOTE: Installing this hotfix will restart the prairieFyre services.  In order to avoid service interruption, we recommend applying the update after hours or during a scheduled maintenance window.
