One of IVR SIP addresses has not yet been configured, or the SIP address has been removed from the Lync pool.

IMPACT
This will result in routing failures if IVR attempts to route to the missing SIP address.
TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS
Please ensure that the SIP address is properly configured on the Lync server. If this does not resolve the issue, ensure that the SIP address is unique in the Lync pool.
