Multimedia Ignite - New button to convert original content to editable format

INFORMATION

In some cases, the formatting of an original message could cause issues when trying to edit it in Ignite.  In order to ensure full control, we have added a Sanitize button.

When pressed, this button will remove the content below the Reply line, and re-paste it with standardized formatting to ensure that we can properly edit the content.

NOTE: If the Reply line is removed, the button will do nothing.
